1. Select which category you are submitting to (review suggestedd Categories if you are unsure of which category, you should place your candidate based on their job title).

2. Complete the nomination form, containing specific examples of why this hospitality employee is outstanding in their job performance. In addition, the candidate must project a positive image of their company and Louisville as a destination.

Once the nomination deadline passes, the selection committee comprised of hospitality and business professionals will confidentially review all nominations and select up to six finalists in each of the main award categories, which include: Hotel Services (with subcategories based on hotel size), Dining + Spirits, Behind the Scenes, Culinary Arts, Event Services, Attractions, Tours & Transportation, and Louisville Tourism Rising Star.

If your nominee has been selected, they will be notified in writing by September 15, 2023, to schedule a photo session and be presented with a finalist gift from Louisville Tourism representatives. Regardless of whether they go to the next phase of the awards selection, all nominees will receive praise acknowledgment from Louisville Tourism President, Cleo Battle. All 2023 ROSE award finalists will receive a golden ticket keepsake and two complimentary tickets for themselves and a guest of their choice to attend the event.
